Shoes-Day! Fall boots edition

Hi Friends – how goes it?  I’m in training all week so my days are pretty packed and my nights are filled with a my regular work.  This leaves very little me time (and blog time too!).  And Sawyer is doing summersaults in my belly so I’m constantly distracted Winking smile

But hey it’s Shoes-Day! so let’s get to the important stuff!

I’m ready for Fall.  The number one reason (err, well number 2, since ‘all things pumpkin’ falls in at number 1) is to where boots!  My boots tend to be a lot more comfy than my sandals and this preggers girl is ready for some comfort.

That being said, I think I bought 6 pairs of boots last Fall/Winter so I really don’t need another pair.

But, well, you know me, and I know me, so *need* goes out the window and want steps in. Devil  Insert evil laugh here Smile with tongue out

My original thought was to find a great riding boot this year and my limit was maybe $300-400.  Then baby expenses started to add up so I felt like I should lower that.

Below are some of the finds:

Enzo Angiolini Nate Boot (Brown) – via Endless $147
Why I love: Enzo boots are so comfy and last forever.  This brown boot is already weathered looking and looks both dressy and casual.

Enzol Angiolini Nate Boot (Taupe) – via DSW $139
Why I love:  Yes this is the same boot as above only in taupe.  Taupe is such a classy color for a boot, adding sophistication to any outfit, particular a pair of dark skinny jeans paired with a red trench.

Ciao Bella Tabby Two Tone – via DSW $99
Why I love: The two-toned or color-block look has me totally drawn in this season.  This boot is simple, sleek, and inexpensive!

Nine West Clara Dark Brown – via Endless $199
Why I love: In one word – the color!  It’s labeled as dark brown, but if it’s like the picture, it’s very red / burnt brown, which is beyond faboosh!  Nine West is another fave go-to brand of mine.

Nine West Vermillion Medium Brown – via Endless $159
Why I love: Great shaft height, nice low heel, and wide calf which differs from what I mostly get, which is the slimmer calf.

Tory Burch boots with logo – via Polyvore $560
Why I love: Um, what’s not to love?  Oh yeah, the price.  I haven’t seen these TB boots in person, but maybe that’s a good thing because I ***want*** them.  BAD.  They are the epitome of the perfect all around camel-colored boot with soft leather, a moderate heel, and great lines.  Gimme!
