What girl doesn’t need a pair of PURPLE shoes:
Before, I go any further, this shoe post is in honor of Holly @ Greek Yogurt and Apple Slices If you read Holly’s blog, you’ll quickly learn a few things: 1. She loves the Ravens; 2. She loves purple (in honor of the Ravens); and 3. She is getting married at the end of May 
So you see, these shoes really do belong on her feet, not mine 
I purchased these Aspire Dollhouse brand shoes via DSW (I believe… perhaps Endless.com) in 2009, for about $45 on sale, and have only worn them 3 times. Why? Shoes with this much pizzazz can only be handled in small doses! What’s great about these shoes is the ability to remove the funky “floral” design on the front by simply unthreading the piece from the straps. And wa-la, you have a slightly more subdued shoe. These shoes happen to be a size 8 so I must have really wanted them since I’m a die-hard size 7.5. Hmm, maybe that’s why I don’t wear them often.

Do you keep hold of a pair of shoes even though you don’t wear them often?
Do you dig the shorts and high heel look? I was iffy about it, but clearly felt fairly confident in the pic above. I actually am starting to like the look more and more.
