Shoes-day Tuesday is here again. And once again, they mystery Louboutins are not making an appearance. Yeah, I’m lame I know. BUT my hope is to wear them with a hot little black dress for a wedding this Saturday in Peoria so wait for ‘em.
What I really want to be showing you are boots, but since this weather seems to be breakin’ my balls (sorry for the crude expression, but if you know me in real life, you know I say this…a lot!). It’s supposed to be 88 degrees today in Sunnyvale. Epic FAIL!
It’s mid-October Mother Earth, can you kindly act like it?
So you’re going to get some pseudo-wannabe-Fall-wear with accompanying shoes. I sported this casual outfit about 2 weeks ago to run errands.
Rolled up American Rag jeans, semi-shear lightweight navy button-down from NY&Co. Shoes by Bongo. They’re pretty cute close-up:
Hey, and what do you know, they match my throw pillows (fabric from mi madre when she visited China). These are the only Bongo shoes I own and were given to me as gift. I get tons of compliments on these preppy little pumps and they sport a very wearable heel at about 3.25″. The only downside is that my (narrow) feet tend to slip around a bit.
Very schoolgirl-esque shoes though, no?
To make up for my lack of Louboutins, come visit me tomorrow where I’m hosting a giveaway
Are you having boots-weather yet? If so, can I come visit?
What do you think of patterened preppy shoes?

I like the patterned shoes. Super cute.
I’m trying to break out the boots- but the weather is giving me a hard time. I often break them out on days I shouldn’t and vice versa… I assume by next month it will be a lot easier!
So Chicago hasn’t caught up with boot season either..hmmmm
Ooh, argyle diamond pattern! SO cute!
Thanks =)
Those cookies in your header look delish!! Pumpkin choco chip!?
Pumpkin chocolate butterscotch chip and they are FAB!
Those are so cute! I love shoes but don’t get to buy them nearly enough.
And I’m with you on the weather needing to act more like fall again. Although I admit I’m happier its warmer than normal than super cold.
Super cold probably wouldn’t be much fun either…sigh..I shouldn’t complain..
Super boot weather in VT, temps in the 50′s! Come on over!
Very cute, I actually have a very similar Madden Girl pair, except they have a peep toe and no bow.
Waiting patiently for Louboutins
VT in October is probably gorgeous Kara..lucky girl!
Love the shoes!
We’re getting close to boots weather. Its still a little too warm though.
Lucky you!
Boot weather hasn’t happened for me yet, but I wear them anyway
I think I may need to as well…
Your shoes are so cute. I love them. I hate the cold because it is so hard to wear cute shoes, minus boots and everyone wears those UGGS anyways…
Mmm, not a fan of the Uggs
Those shoes are adorable! I love that the heel is high but not super duper high. Perfect for me!
Here in MN it is boot weather for 2 days then its back to 80 degrees. I think next week will officially be boot weather!
Same here…65 then 90..yuck!
adorable shose!!! i’ve worn my cowboy boots twice. it was hot but i did it anyway
Good for you Christina — cowboy boots are HOT!
