Boing! Boing! Boing! This is the sound of me jumping off the walls
La Tortilla Factory is send me some coupons for more of their delicious products AND…wait for it….5 packages of the low-carb tortillas I’ve been raving about. I see many Mexi meals in my future. Carne asada, pulled pork, lean ground turkey breast, tostadas, baby enchiladas, wraps…. Oh yum! Thank you LTF!
Yesterday I had a Target attack. What I mean is that when I go there, inevitably I spend over $100 and on such random stuff! Does this happen to you? I started my journey at Starbucks, because, well, why not?
Then I saw the ‘swim section’ out of the corner of my eye and thought, “ooo, I totally need a good cover up.” Didn’t find one I liked but as I was navigating the racks, I found an adorbs purple bikini — the top had such pizzazz, I couldn’t pass it up. Did I try it on? Nope. Grabbed small top, small bottom, threw it in the cart and kept on walking. Next was the hugely expanded food section. I love how cheap all the items are at Target in comparison to the grocery store. Case in point: oatmeal is about $2.50 at Target and $4 at Safeway. Several laps later, I ended up with a fairly full cart of goodies, but wanted to specifically show you these:
How good do these look? Naava thinks they look delicious, but of course she will be sticking to her doggie treats! These bars are so convenient to throw in your purse for those low blood sugar moments (which I have a LOT!); and they don’t get all mushed up and banged around like a softer granola bar. Score!
What came of the LPB (that’s Little Purple Bikini)? I think it’s a keeper! Excuse the iphone pics — I was too lazy to grab my camera.
Okay Shaky McShakerson hands, let’s try that again:
Clearly I don’t have the self iphone pics down, but you get the idea. (Side note, sorry for the embarrassingly messy bed — duvet washing time
)
Now after a weird night of sleep (woke up at 3a and couldn’t fall back asleep until 430a), I’m off for some mishmash cardio at Gold’s: 15 min treadmill on incline and 4.3mph, 15 min on stairclimber, 15 min on elliptical, 15 min on bike, 15 min of abs.
What random goodies do you find on your Target trips?
Is the suit a keeper?

I try to limit my Target trips to once or twice a month. It’s guaranteed that I’m going to walk out $100 poorer from there each trip! I picked up an Archer’s Farm Key Lime Pie trail mix this week from Target – it is SO good!
Glad to know I’m not alone! =)
I wonder if there is something in the air at Target or perhaps subliminal messages through the loudspeakers
The key lime treat sounds divine!
